Registration is only confirmed once you have selected your section and paid the required non-refundable deposit. Until that payment clears, your spot in the section is not guaranteed.

Yes! We offer a payment plan. After your initial deposit, you can log into your portal to make interim payments. However, the final balance must be cleared by 31st August 2026 or your costume may be forfeited.

Because costumes are custom made to your measurements, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer jump, you may "sell" your spot to another masquerader, but you must notify us to handle the name transfer.

Check our Sizing Guide images on Playmas. We use standard UK sizing for T-shirts, bras, and waistbands. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort you'll be dancing for 8+ hours!

You can update your measurements via the portal up until 1st June. After this, our designers begin production, and no further changes can be made.

Costume distribution (Distribution Week) typically happens the week before Notting Hill Carnival. You will receive an email with dates and times and the distribution address.

Yes. They will need ID, your confirmation email, and collection authorization from you.

The "Road Order" is set by the Carnival organizers. We will blast the exact meeting point and "Truck Move" time via email and our WhatsApp broadcast group 48 hours before the event.

We are one big family. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence, or any behavior that puts our masqueraders or staff at risk. Respect the vibes, respect the culture, and respect each other.

Your wristband is your passport to the truck, the bar, and the food. Do not lose it. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced on the road.
